Dressing Table / Vanity – 1970s
Italian dressing table from the 1970s, designed by Carlo Urbinati, known for his modernist furniture design in white glossy plastic material,
The soft rounded edges give a futuristic and elegant expression, typical of Italian design in the 1970s.
The vanity consists of an integrated mirror and a small pop up mirror with magnifying glass, that can be opened and closed, as well as storage space for make up and accessories.
At the bottom, a matching cushioned pouf/chair with that can be opened to reveal storage space.
The table rests on a chrome frame and wheels, and all parts can be pushed under each other, thus taking up little space.
A stunning, eye catching and different dressing table, where practical solutions meet a sophisticated, almost sculptural design language.
