Bonbonniere-Glass Jar
Antique French storage glass jar known as a “pot á bonbon” in mouth-blown glass with accompanying dome lid and charming knob. Circa. year 1880-1900, which originated from a grocery store or confectionery / bakery near Lyon in France. The beautiful cylindrical storage glass previously contained various items such as sweets, cookies, meringues and other sweet temptations.
Perfect as an evocative decoration accessory in the kitchen, for e.g. cookies, coffee capsules, flour and sugar and of course sweets.
