Beautiful and rare antique French Louis Phillipe silver mirror from the 1860s. Louis Phillipe mirrors are characterized by their curvaceous wide frames with rounded corners and wonderfully elegant profiles. Often used on mantlepieces.
This piece still retains its original silver-leaf coating with lovely ornamentationand beading on the frame and its original mercury mirror glass. Super patina.
