A truly authentic and highly charming Art Deco bar counter in solid quality crafted oak. From 1930s France, and featuring the manufacturer’s mark on the front and a beautiful Art Deco plaque with geometric and stylized floral motifs.
Originally inventory from a bistro in Marseille—where it served as a hotel bar fixture—and was manufactured by Jules Bayer in Strasbourg.
This incredible piece is solid craftsmanship featuring exquisite carvings and details; it includes a nickel-plated brass countertop, a large, attractive grooved drip tray, a copper sink with a brass faucet, and a dual-tap beer dispenser.
The back of the bar features multiple compartments and a drawer for practical storage.
A striking and quintessentially French piece of furniture that exudes character and atmosphere. In original and excellent condition.
